Our eyes tell us the truth!

The Clinton's and Janet Reno may tell us we must obey the law, but our eyes tell us all we need to know. Our eyes tell us that armed agents of the Clinton's and the so-called Justice Department run by Reno seized Elian Gonzalez for the purpose of returning him to the custody of his father, a faithful Communist supporter of Fidel Castro. This event comes five months after the child's mother died fleeing that police state to give the boy a chance at growing up in a land where freedom and the rule of law are taken for granted.

The Clinton's who have proclaimed that "it takes a village to raise a child" and that everything they do is "for the children" of America cannot make us believe their lies when our eyes tell us the truth.

The Clinton's, whose first act of office was to set Reno on a hapless group of religious folk in Waco, Texas, first laying siege to their peaceful compound and then killing more than ninety innocent men, women and their children, can tell us we must obey the law, but our eyes tell us the truth.

Elian Gonzalez was not a "hostage" in the home of the family members who took him in after his miraculous rescue. He was not a hostage to the Cuban community in Miami who loved him for his victory over death, his victory over a despot who has orphaned too many of the children of his nation in the name of the State's power.

This tragedy is a wake-up call to Americans who still want to give President Clinton, his power-mad wife, and the stooge who has protected them in every way she could, Attorney General Reno, the benefit of the doubt. We need to keep in mind that, at this very moment, this President is likely to lose his license to practice law in Arkansas or anywhere else because he lied to a federal judge and grand jury. His understanding and respect for the law depends on what "is" is. This President lied to everyone throughout 1998 until he could lie no more.

We have between now and November to wait until we can rid our nation of this gangster Presidency and the people who surround him. He rules with the "consent of the governed" in this nation, but the governed have witnessed his spasmodic use of violence in Waco, on Ruby Ridge, in Somalia, in the Sudan, and in Kosovo. In every case, there were diplomatic and peaceful alternatives. In every case Americans were lied to about the events. But our eyes cannot be deceived. Our hearts know the truth.

In the past century, we first witnessed and then fought a government that outlawed a group of its own citizens prior to knocking on their doors in the night and dragging them off to concentration camps and extermination. They had no asylum in their own nation, nor did those in the nations the Nazis conquered. Everything the Nazis did was "legal". The Nuremberg laws they had passed gave them "the right" to proceed. But our eyes tell us the truth.

Bill Clinton, Hilary Clinton, Al Gore, Janet Reno and all the lackeys they can muster will tell us their lies, but our eyes tell us the truth.
