THESE AREN'T THE CLINTON YEARS: And you can bet Hughes Electronics Corp. and Boeing Satellite Systems Inc. are going to pay for being this stupid. The State Department has accused the two companies of illegally providing rocket technology to China that could be used for intercontinental missiles.
