NO GOOD GOODRIDGE: In a valuable and characteristically thoughtful contribution to the marriage debate, Eve Tushnet critiques the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court's Goodridge decision for the National Catholic Register. Too bad they didn't go with Eve's original draft title, which she said on her blog was, "From the state that brought you Harvard."
