An open letter to Hu Jintao, President of China, and Wen Jiabao, Premier of China

Gentlemen,

We are obviously at an impasse. The tensions between your nation and what is left of the Free World are rising. Your recent joint maneuvers with Vladimir Putin's mothball Russia simply tell us that he is bowing before the acolytes of Mao Zedong. It's the greatest Sino-Russian Kow Tow in history.

I'm from New York but I've worked in Hollywood most of my life. Billing is vitally important. When I started getting third and fourth billing, my career suffered and my asking price plummeted.

Hu Jintao
Hu Jintao

I never lived in Los Angeles because it became all too apparent that Hollywood is now the greatest propaganda machine for Communism. With Warren Beatty's Reds, the film in which he enshrined John Reed as an American hero, and Jack Nicholson's plan to team up with leftie Sean Penn for a TV series that paints a flattering picture of the KGB, it seems that the Soviet War of Theater is winning in L.A. And he who controls the Hollywood studios controls the world.

Red China remained firm in its relative, no-propaganda policies; aside from the nuclear secrets you pried out of Los Alamos through espionage, the welcome you've given American culture has provided you with more than enough technological, military and industrial secrets to help you explode economically and militarily. Your public warning to America confirmed that your Los Alamos spies were able to discover the U.S. nuclear missile launch codes.

As for the Soviet Union, what military/nuclear secrets that nation might have held from you are now, after your joint maneuvers, an open book.

A plainly avowed Communist in Ottawa said that the only worry within the International Communist Party is Islam and its terrorists. The Free World obviously shares that fear. I don't personally. Speaking plainly, not even Allah is a match for Mao Zedong.

Islam is now a reincarnation of General Hideki Tojo's Japan. The brand of fanatical commitment, in both 1940s Tokyo and the Third Millennium Mecca, is the same: suicidal/homicidal euthanasia. That Mao actually used Japan's invasion of China to force Stalin to enter China and wage a war with Tojo's gang was part of his plan to accelerate the spread of Communism in the Far East. Stalin's victory over Japan would have placed that country squarely behind the bamboo curtain. A Red Japan would snooker the Democratic Allies.

So, here we are, the former Free World, being devoured by Socialism. The dances between your patriarchal, Maoist nation and the visiting heads of the socialist federations are hilarious. They come to state dinners and slap Mao on the wrist for "human rights infractions," then go back and build their "socialist beehives" modeled after Mao's anthill society.

Mao is not about to endure the insufferable feminism now bedeviling North America. Mao made Islamic male chauvinism seem almost Christian by comparison to China's policies against women.

Wen Jiabao
Wen Jiabao

Mao took dialectical materialism and went all the way with it, in as pure an enactment of the dream of the French Revolution as is possible. No Politburo could surpass Mao's ideological purity.

Yet France has failed to destroy our souls with its promulgation of existentialism, nihilism, Theater of Cruelty and deconstruction of the word in favor of the integer. [Even France's former colony of Canada is rebelling against this drab worldview. We are seeing France's anti-democratic constructs, embraced in Canada since the socialist dictatorship of Pierre Trudeau, jettisoned in the wake of the January 23/06 federal election victory of Stephen Harper's Conservatives.]

Mao would say, "You cannot cut down the tree of a civilization and keep its fruits! Therefore, we are going to burn down the Louvre. Because I.M. Pei's Pyramid pays tribute to the ancient Egyptians' God and not to Mao, we will destroy that as well. China will explode into such a Cultural Empire that the Americans will have to cede their overwhelming preeminence in setting trends!"

Sirs, does not that serve Mao best? And, in the end, will that not serve your China to the fullest? The seeming racial supremacist arrogance of your team at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens recalled the 1936 Olympics held in Berlin. Hitler lost and you will lose at the 2008 Beijing Olympics if you turn Mao's victory into a Hitlerian descent into racial supremacism. Even Mao would forbid this.

Most respectfully,

Michael Moriarty
