Loving the fruit, hating the tree: France and Mel Gibson

The creator of The Passion Of The Christ, Mel Gibson, was recently arrested for drunk driving and while being driven to the police station and while being "booked," he hurled an unbelievable string of anti-Semitic remarks at the officers which, even if enemies of his film of the Crucifixion set the police onto him - he is a known alcoholic and easily stopped on suspicion - basically gave the growing anti-Catholic movement all they needed to close in, even more tightly, on the Church.
Mr. Gibson's father, as arduously as Mel Gibson tries to avoid the fact, is a known anti-Semite. He is a Sedivacantist, a member of an ultra-traditional Catholic splinter group criticized by most Catholics. He denies the Holocaust, supports Pope Pius XII's decisions in World War II and, well, obviously, like his son, adores Christ, the finest fruit on the Tree of Israel, but, yes, hates, loathes, despises the Tree.
Like father, like son.
Christ, as a son of Israel, forgave his family and the entire Roman Empire from the Cross. He said, "You know not what you do."
Hmmm.....my Italian adoptive father feels our Lord also meant, "You don't know who my Father is."
It is a very, very Italian way of looking at the Passion, but not without a certain truth and, also, hardly anti-Semitic, since all Italians, as descendants of the Roman Empire, are included among the uninformed.
I have accused Post-Revolutionary France of loving the fruit of the Greco-Roman-Judeo Civilization - that nation worships at the Louvre, one of the world's greatest museums of Western Art - and yet hating, for almost two hundred and twenty-five years, the actual tree, the civilization which brought all that beauty into being.
I don't think you can do that; particularly when the fruit, either Christ or the breathtaking genius of the Italian Renaissance, could not possibly have been nurtured in any other soil than the Greco-Roman-Judeo-Christian Civilization.
It's hypocritical of both France and Catholic anti-Semites, not to mention a blatant contradiction in terms, such as "Post-Modern."
Jacques Chirac, President of France and the major voice of the European Union, has said he will keep any mention of the Judeo-Christian origins of Europe out of the EU's Constitution. Well, ingratitude to the French is like spinach to Popeye, money to Wall Street and Female Supremacism to the Da Vinci Code. Post-Revolutionary France was spawned in the sewers of Da Vinci-like ingratitude....for everything !
Why did Christ pick Peter, one of his most flawed disciples who betrayed his Lord three times, as the First Pope, the Rock upon which his Catholic Church would be built? Our Lord knew that all of humanity's genius for sin and corruption would be acted out, literally shown off , over two thousand years, by Peter and subsequent Popes. There's really not a single crime that the Catholic Church hasn't committed by now. The Cross to which Christ is now nailed is the Catholic Church Herself! That it is time for the Catholic flock to return and forgive the shepherds and their malevolent shepherding is pretty obvious. You don't do that by denying the sins of the Church.
Pope John Paul II seemed to be inferring that same confession and public act of contrition by apologizing, on behalf of the Church, to Israel, Greece and the Ukraine, and a world which the Church had "done wrong." I don't think he was expecting Tel Aviv to rise and become Catholic. I do believe, however, he wished Catholics to return to their Church in forgiveness of this very wayward Bride of Christ.
When the Protestants took the Body of Christ off the Cross and left nothing but that image of Man's Sins without the Redemptive love and sacrifice of our Lord, well, gee, that's all the ugly bathwater...without a Baby!
So, out of that loveless, craven image of that Cross Without Love On It, there arose increasing love of Science over, well, Love itself.
Isaac Newton, a devout Christian, not a Catholic, dispensed with the Holy Ghost when he listed his own Twelve Spiritual Articles; and the Intelligentsia of the Church of England, the United Church of Canada and Rev. Billy Graham's Church of American Evangelism, in their increasing obedience to Science and Isaac Newton's beloved mathematics particularly, the truth in numbers and not in the word, these Progressively Liberal, Intellectual Supremacists have literally instituted Female Supremacism and the Da Vinci Code over anything the Catholic Church might have to say.
Worldwide, legalized abortion is the ultimate entrenchment of Female Supremacism, in the same way the unabated Holocaust of Germany was a confirmation of both Aryan Supremacy and the Nazi, very eugenic version of a German Super Race. The French RU486 abortion pill is now the Third Millennium version of Hitler's Zyklon B, the gas that murdered millions of Jews, Slavs, Gypsies - "rodents" is what the Fuhrer called them. Now doctors treat gestating infants like egg yolk. Is there any difference really?
There is no love in abortion, only hate, human indifference, ice-cold, surgical homicide veiled as pragmatism, humanicide, Rainbow Death out of the Rainbow Coalition of Rev. Jesse Jackson, a new Third Reich now called the Third Way of the Clinton Global Initiative. Yes, Rev. Billy Graham didn't just call William Clinton an "Evangelist." He intended that title to mean THE Evangelist! And, with Hillary the Fuhrer of Female Supremacism - "Women's Rights Are Human Rights"? - we have a possible Hitler for President and an Evangelist of Progressive Eugenics, that Thousand Year Plan For A Super Human Race, William J. Clinton, as her husband. We would have Dr. Mengele as the real Hitler and Adolf an easily manipulated wife.
"Be fruitful and multiply!"
Gee......that now reads, "Be fruitful and hand over the fetal tissue!"
They pulled gold out of the teeth of Holocaust victims. Now they want whole nuggets, the cadavers of full-term and partial-birth abortions.
In this case, it is loving the tree of humanity and treating the fruit like rats in a genetics laboratory.
The tree and the fruit are one. Hate the fruit, kill it, torture it, experiment with it and you will inevitably destroy the tree.
