Time to relocate criminal illegal aliens to judges' neighborhoods By Todd Gregory and Erik Gregory Attention-seeking judges throughout the land are waging legal jihad against the Trump administration in order to stop deportations of illegal alien gang members, many of whom have committed crimes like human trafficking, fentanyl drug dealing, rape, torture, and murder. It's all about due process, say the judges. Not a single one of these judges uttered a word about due process when American citizens who engaged in mostly peaceful protests on J6 were rounded up like Jews in the Warsaw ghetto and sent off to rot in a federal gulag. Grandmothers with cancer and countless others with clean criminal records who had merely trespassed on Capitol grounds were thrown into solitary confinement and prison. They were denied a speedy trial of their peers. Many spent years incarcerated in third world conditions, without adequate food or access to medications, sunlight, exercise, visitation rights, or even bedding. Several committed suicide. Not a single judge on the Left spoke up on their behalf. Neither did the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), nor any other legal organ of the Left. Today, crybaby judges who are suddenly waxing hysterical about due process are aiding and abetting illegality by preventing President Trump, ICE, and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) from enforcing immigration law. Anthony Fauci famously declared he was The Science. Dozens of circuit and lower court judges with Fauci-like God complexes have effectively declared they are The Law, and seven of the nine Justices on the Supreme Court evidently agree with them. Very well. If the Trump administration is prevented from enforcing the laws on the books by judges who have declared they are The Law, then it is incumbent on the administration to relocate known MS-13 and Tren de Aragua gang members and other high risk illegal alien offenders into the neighborhoods and gated communities where these judges reside. Additionally, other illegal aliens with criminal records enjoying the civil rights that were denied to J6 citizens should also be relocated to neighborhoods where prominent members of the news media reside, at least until their cases can be adjudicated to the satisfaction of said media. Googly-eyed media zealots like Kristen Welker, Scott Pelley, David Muir and countless others who maintained a tomb-like silence about due process and the constitutional rights of J6ers (indeed, cheered the evisceration of their rights) would no doubt welcome illegal alien criminals into their communities with open arms. It is past time for the Trump administration to expedite these relocations. Terry Moron, the OTH (other than human) of ABC News, who claims the White House photoshopped an MS-13 tattoo onto the knuckles of the sainted deportee and cause célèbre Kilmar Abrego Garcia, could peacock his progressive bona fides by sheltering a few gang members in his house the same way judges secrete gangbangers in their private chambers or their own homes. Martha's Vineyard resident Barack Obama, probably the clandestine "auto pen" behind the Biden/Garland/Mayorkas diktat that deluged America with well over ten million illegal aliens during Biden's ruinous term as President, might relish the company of some new neighbors this spring. Moreover, the vast majority of residents on The Vineyard and Cape Cod are passionate about the rights of criminal illegal aliens. Even though the rich white progressives evicted the last tiny batch of illegals (bussed in by Ron DeSantis) in a Massachusetts minute, compassion and diversity surely demand a return of illegals to the island. And Senator Elizabeth Warren shouldn't have to send up smoke signals from her lavish Cambridge wigwam to make it happen in her Bay State neighborhood, either. In the spirit of the antebellum southern Democrat slavocracy that seceded from the United States, many jurisdictions in America have declared a nullification of immigration law, proclaiming themselves sanctuary communities. Not just big, dysfunctional cities but lily-white enclaves like Berkeley, Santa Barbara, Malibu, Napa Valley, Kennebunkport, Burlington, and Ithaca. Each of these bubbled bedroom communities could use some sweet cultural enrichment, at least while each illegal alien criminal deportation hearing is being individually adjudicated before a rapt media. The Neo-Confederate nullification of federal law goes well beyond the judiciary and is a government-wide phenomenon, blocking virtually every executive action taken by Trump. Immigration enforcement/deportations? Blocked by judges. Relieving nonperforming, graft-addicted government employees of their jobs? Blocked by judges. DOGE money-saving measures? Blocked. Directives to remove racist DEI initiatives from government policy? Blocked. Proof of citizenship voting requirement, election safeguards and reforms? Blocked, all blocked. And what to make of the Left's implicit middle finger to legal immigrants? Most legal immigrants who played by the rules had to wait in line for years to obtain a green card, endured mountains of redundant paperwork, and were charged thousands of dollars in endless fees (all of it nonrefundable, even if applications for a green card or visa were rejected by the State Department). Since judges and the media make no legal or moral distinction between lawful legal immigrants and illegal criminal migrants, where do law-abiding legal immigrants go to get redress for their pain and suffering, financial losses, and other disparate impacts inflicted on them by the government? It is past time for legal immigrants to file a class action lawsuit seeking recompense from the federal government. Interesting too how no conservative judges (assuming there are any) have issued any nationwide injunctions or sweeping legal decrees of their own. Since it is now accepted that the Animal Farm judiciary is more coequal than the other coequal branches of government (Napoleonic judges are The Law), why aren't conservative judges declaring the rulings of progressive judges unconstitutional and a legal nullity? Chief Justice John Roberts of the SCOTUS could – but won't – rein in rogue judges on the lower courts. While Roberts indulges in legalistic backflips and solipsistic triple axles, a cynic would remark it's almost as if the Left has kompromat on the man. For that matter, where is Pam Bondi's Justice Department? No indictments, no grand juries that we know of, no impeachments of pompous, unethical judges, but plenty of crickets. By this point in the Biden administration, Attorney General Merrick Garland had thrown many hundreds of nonviolent Trump voters into federal prison, while Steve Bannon, Rudy Giuliani, Peter Navarro, and other Trump surrogates were legally persecuted and eventually jailed not for any crimes they allegedly committed but entirely for political reasons. If there are any constitutional conservative judges in America aside from Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito, why aren't they nutting up during this constitutional crisis? Fortune favors the bold, and progressives are always on offense while conservatives are forever backpedaling and playing prevent defense. As the Justice Department and the GOP congress have apparently chosen to sit passively on the sidelines during this crisis, the Trump administration needs to direct DHS, ICE, and local municipalities to relocate criminal illegal aliens who are stuck in deportation limbo to the very same exclusive neighborhoods where their most ardent supporters – vainglorious judges and media, in particular – reside.
